Subtech AMF panel is a product that goes along with the automatic changeover switch. The automatic changeover function is to switch the light from the generator to PHCN and off the generator  automatically provided that the changeover detect the PHCN light. On the other hand, the AMF panel is an electronic device that enable the generator to start automatically when the PHCN light goes off and the changeover will switch back to generator light automatically provided it is set to Auto and the generator has a kit start. Whats more? The AMF panel have a three buttons AUTO, STOP & START. In your own comfort you can start your generator in your bed room, sitting room or any where you place the AMF panel by just pressing the start button. You can also stop your generator anytime you what to at ease by just pressing the stop button. Assuming you are tired of going outside to put on/off your generator or you are staying in an high-rise and your generators is down stairs, the AMF panel will serve you better. The AUTO button as the name implies when set , assuming the PHCN light should go off your generator can start automatically and the changeover will switch it automatically to generator’s light. All this happen within a twinkle of an eye. In essence you will not miss out on the things you doing or the program you watching on Tv. They are of two types AMF Panel for generators that uses fuel and AMF panel for generator that uses diesel.

FUNCTION

Auto main failure panel is used for the automatic operation of the genset. Its sure to provide you the best effort: monitor the power quality both MAINS and GENERATOR automatically, and deliver you the power; on the other sdie it will monitor the operaion state for both generator and engine while the generator is running. During Abnormal condtion AMF panel will shutoff the engine and feedback both the visual and acoustical signal to you by LED display
It helps to rotate the starting gear of the genset within 3 seconds after the main supply is cutoff. It also works in the same manner as manual operation & stops the genset when the main supply is restored with 5 seconds cool down time. Incase of the failure at first attempt during starting, it will automatically try to restart after the intervals of 12 seconds for 2 more times, (Total 3 cranking). However, if the gen doesnt start this time, then an alarm signal will display on the panel.
Its sure that whenever the gen. gets started, then the cranking doesnt take place again in any case.

INSTALLATION TIPS FOR AMF PANEL

Fix the panel in the generator or his panel box
Connection from panel to generator
Black Wire (-Battery) Body earthing or Ground
Blue wire for Stopping connected with IGN Wire in Generator        –        B
Yellow Wire starting connected on self or key switch            +        Y
Red wire battery(+) connected on self or key switch with battery wire    +        R

Green – Green wire connect with Direct 220 VAC of DG (+ & -) AC Volt (before circuit breaker)
2 core wire in AMF Panel connect with 220 VAC from direct mains power

Important:
Keep the always starting key on ON position in generator panel
Please check the fuse in AMF panel if any fault like not start, not stop.
Disconnect the Green-Green wire of DG 220 VAC from Gen, if fault indication is glow in the panel & generator self ON again every time
